Privacy Policy

Effective Date: April 20th, 2026

Elevated Canine Co ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or purchase from our site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our services, you consent to the practices described below.

1.

Information We Collect

We only collect information that is necessary to operate the site, deliver courses, and communicate with you.

Account information. When you register or purchase a course, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.

Course activity. We record which lessons you have unlocked and completed so we can show your progress, unlock the next lesson on schedule, and let administrators assist you if needed.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We store only a reference to the Stripe transaction (session ID, amount, currency, and status) so we can grant access, handle refunds or disputes, and keep business records.

Waitlist & contact forms. If you submit your email to a "Notify Me" waitlist or a contact form, we store that email (and optional name) so we can reply or notify you when the course launches.

Cookies & technical data. We use a single HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in. Our servers receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.

2.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and secure your account, and authenticate your sessions.
  • Deliver the courses you have purchased and track your drip-scheduled progress.
  • Process payments and enforce discount codes.
  • Send transactional emails such as email verification, password reset, welcome, enrollment confirmation, and waitlist launch notifications.
  • Respond to support requests and contact-form submissions.
  • Protect the service from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3.

Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share the minimum information required with trusted service providers who help us run the site:

  • Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • Resend — delivers our transactional and waitlist emails. Subject to Resend's privacy policy.
  • Hosting & database providers — used to run the website and store account and course data.

These providers are only authorized to use your information to perform their service for us.

4.

Data Retention

We keep your account and course-progress data for as long as your account is active so you can return to your training whenever you like. Payment records are retained for as long as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal profile data, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

5.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential emails (transactional emails such as receipts and password resets will still be sent as part of operating your account).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below.

6.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and HTTP-only authentication cookies. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit access to authorized personnel only.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Password sharing is not permitted — see our Terms and Conditions for details.

7.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8.

International Users

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to those locations.

9.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of the page will always reflect the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
